General Ledger (Accounts)
The General Ledger includes the Chart of Accounts, which helps segregate the revenues and expense of the business into the best suited categories.
The chart of accounts may be modified to suit user requirements. Fixed and Current Asset Ledgers are also prepared here. The opening balances for these ledgers can be applied in the opening entry module. |
Accounts Receivable (Customers)
The Customer module maintains customer and receivable details. Customer contact information, Balance Statement, Opening Balance update, Period based Invoice and reports can be generated. Customers may be grouped based on location and a salesman can be assigned to ecah customer if required. The credit limit and period can be assigned for each customer

Accounts Payable (Vendors)
The Vendor module maintains vendor and payable details. Vendor contact information, Balance Statement, Opening Balance update, Period based reports can be generated.

Payroll (Employees)
Employee related details including designation, basic salary, daily attendance, overtimepay, etc. can be tracked using the features in this module. Allowance or deductions in pay can be made using the payroll module.
