Register Job Order
Update Job orders as they come including description of job undertaken. Client contact information can be retreived from previous jobs. In case of new clients the information can be updated to the system in a few simple steps. Advance received on order can be also be updated.

Invoicing
Multiple invoices can be posted to the same job for the various job process undertaken.

Job Tracking
Details of the job including invoice, receipts , payments, materials issued or received can all be tracked in the system.

Job Issue/ Receipt
Materials issued for the job or received in the job can be applied to the job. Consequently the stock is updated.

Job Margin
Job wise margin taking into account material cost and/ or services rendered can be calculated.

Customer History
The job history of a particular client can be trackedd and followup may be pursued if required. Pending jobs, payments can all be tracked in the system.
